- Warranty periods vary by brand and product. Most premium machines include 12–24 months coverage.
- The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal home use.
2. What’s Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accidents.
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
- Consumable parts such as gaskets, seals, or filters (unless defective on arrival).
3. How to Make a Warranty Claim
To start a warranty claim, please provide:
- Your order number and proof of purchase.
- A clear description of the issue.
- Photos or videos showing the problem.
We will confirm warranty eligibility and guide you through the repair or replacement process.
4. Repairs (Out of Warranty)
If your product is no longer under warranty, we can arrange paid repairs through authorized service centers. You will receive a repair quote before any work is done.
5. Shipping for Repairs
- Warranty repairs: We cover shipping costs for defective items within the warranty period.
- Out-of-warranty repairs: Customer is responsible for shipping both ways.
