We sell coffee-related products and accessories within the United States only.

2 Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in USD. Taxes are applied where required by law.

Payment must be made in full before an order is processed.

We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other options listed at checkout.

3 Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed in 2–3 business days and delivered within 3–5 business days (USA only).

Free shipping on orders over $99.

We do not ship internationally, to PO Boxes, or to APO/FPO addresses.

4 Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Certain items (such as coffee beans) are non-returnable.

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive the returned item.

We aim to ensure all product details, images, and descriptions are accurate.

Colors may vary slightly due to screen differences.

6 Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by shipping carriers, natural events, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
