Purchase Terms

By placing an order on BrewBND, you agree to the following purchase terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility to Purchase

• You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent/guardian to make a purchase.
• We sell and ship within the United States only.

2. Product Availability

• All products are subject to availability.
• If an item is out of stock after you place your order, we will notify you and offer a replacement or a refund.

3. Pricing

• All prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes where required.
• Prices may change without notice, but orders already placed will not be affected.

4. Payment

• Payment must be made in full before an order is processed.
• We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods listed at checkout.

5. Processing & Shipping

• Processing Time: 2–3 business days.
• Delivery Time: 3–5 business days within the USA.
• Free shipping applies to orders over $99 (see our Shipping & Delivery Policy for details).

6. Order Confirmation

• After placing your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation Email.
• Once shipped, you will receive a Tracking Number for your package.

7. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
• Certain products, such as coffee beans, are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
• Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days after receiving the returned product.

8. Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us immediately for assistance.
